Timothy Morson is a former Canadian diplomat and immigration program manager with 20 years of federal government service in Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Africa, and with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in Ottawa, Canada. A recognized expert in immigration, he does migration consulting work for Canadian corporations and individuals, as well as the International Organization for Migration (IOM). He is the National Policy Director of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), the largest and oldest association of immigration consultants in Canada, and in that capacity has prepared reports on the impact of newly proposed immigration legislation (bills) and has appeared as a witness before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration. He is also a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant based in Montreal, Canada, a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (membership no M041310) and the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal. Gilles Rouleau is an expert in human resources management and labour market recruitment. He has over 30 years of experience in various human resources (HR) sectors. He is a long-standing member of the ORHRI, the body responsible for accrediting human resources and industrial relations professionals in Quebec.  He is president of SAG Ressources humaines inc., an HR firm specialized in management-level recruitment and management consulting. He has been teaching in the Industrial Relations School at the Université de Montréal since 1993, and has held various consulting positions in the public, para-public and private sectors (municipal governments, Hydro-Quebec, Catelli, etc). He has a masters degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale de l’Administration Publique (ENAP), and a bachelors degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal. Klaudios Mustakas is a former senior manager with the Canada Border Service Agency and Citizenship and Immigration Canada with 36 years of federal government service in Canada, and diplomatic assignments in the United States and the Middle East. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Waterloo and a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. He was twice awarded the Governor-General of Canada's Peace Officer Exemplary Medal for 20 and 30 years of exemplary service as a Peace Officer in the Canadian Federal Government. An expert in Canadian immigration and enforcement matters, he has extensive knowledge of all levels of the federal and Ontario governments, and with business and cultural communities in southern Ontario who frequently invite him to speak on immigration and citizenship issues. John Manning is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant and member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (membership no M041677). An immigrant himself from the United Kingdom, John has more than 40 years of business experience in Canada's transport sector and other sectors of the economy. Marion Bialek is a retired senior manager of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) with 28 years experience in management and investigations.
